  4. Sponsorship of certification tests relating to the servicer business
  5. Research and study/promotion activities/publicity relating to the servicer system
  6. Establishment of a complaint desk and consultation center concerning the servicer business
  7. Support and training for the Conference of the Elimination of Organized Crime Groups
  8. Publication of bulletins and various publications for servicers
